What bride wouldn’t want to feel this way? Beautiful, light-hearted, joyfully spinning in a dream of a wedding? Having the freedom to relax into a blissful wedding day, unfortunately, is not effortless.
Halo’s here to help! At least in freeing you from the details around hair and make up.
We’ve had years of experience and are so proud and happy that countless brides, and bridal parties, have entrusted us, and included us, in all the days up to (and including), “I do!”

Q. What are Halo’s bridal services?
A. Fabulous blowout, deep conditioning, eye brow tinting, facial waxing, make up lessons, keratin treatments, and try-outs for up-do styles and make up. At Halo or ask about Halo House Calls. Of course, you pick and choose your services to customize your experience and budget.

Q. How do I work back from my wedding date to be sure I am not missing anything?
A. One of our experts will be your contact for all questions and appointments – call 800 425-6179 – or ask your local Halo store manager.
As many days in advance as possible: Meet with a Halo expert to discuss the services you are interested in and schedule all your appointments well in advance – don’t forget showers, rehearsals and rehearsal dinners, bachelorette weekends, etc. Start collecting your hair, make up and style inspirations (Pinterest is perfect for this.) Don’t forget the mother of the bride and all the ladies of the bridal party.
(On a hair and make up trial day, our Bride to Be uses a towel to simulate her strapless wedding dress.)
In the weeks/months before: Many of our brides come in well in advance for make up application lessons for all the special events leading up to the day. This is great opportunity to sample Jane Iredale make up and to learn customized make up skills to last a lifetime.
Also, in the weeks/months before: Cut a white T-shirt to match the neckline of your wedding dress and wear it to Halo wedding-related appointments. This allows your stylist to better determine hair and make up styles to match your dress.
30 days before: Hair and/or make up consultation, deep conditioning treatments, keratin treatments. You and your wedding party meet with your stylist to go over your inspirations to determine which hair style and/or make up will be the most flattering. We aim for making you all look your best, while keeping consistent to the brides wedding theme and style.
(Run-through days are for us too! We’ll track everything, even the amount of make up setting spray, so you can be care-free on your wedding day.)
14 days before: Hair and/or make up run-through with mother of the bride and bridal party.
- Give your stylist lots of feedback during the trial.
- Schedule the trials for the same time of day as you will be at Halo on the actual day.
- Wash your hair the night before (so it has time to regain its natural oils) and don’t put in any product. Hair that’s too clean is hard to work with.
- The run-through continues after you leave Halo. Keep tabs on how your hair and makeup are holding up. If your ceremony is scheduled for five hours after your Halo appointment, does your hair and make up on trial day still look amazing five hours after the run-through? Your feed-back allows us to make adjustments on the big day, for example, we may need to take extra measures to ensure longer lasting curls.
- Bring your veil, wedding jewelry, and a white T-shirt that has had the neckline cut to match your wedding gown to all appointments.

7 days before: Brow shaping and tinting.
Day before: come in for your rehearsal dinner Fabulous Blow Out.
Day of: We’ve done all the prep! Enjoy your appointment. We’ll give you all you need for the entire bridal party to maintain your fabulous look(s!) throughout the day.

After: Your Halo stylist will work with you to explain how our Life of the Perfect Blow Dry Kit can take your wedding style, through all the celebrations and photos, to honeymoon – looking gorgeous without having to spend time even thinking about your hair.
Q. What if I don’t want to come to Halo?
A. Enjoy a Halo House Call! Some of our bridal services can only be received at Halo, for example waxing. But we can come to you for all hair and make up. Call 800 425-6179 for all house call details.
Q. What are the costs?
A. Every wedding is different, every bride is different. You bet we can customize and work out a package plan for your wedding based upon the number of services you wish.

Q. What if I want to make a party of my Halo bridal appointments?
A. We love that! Any reason is a good reason for a party at Halo. Usually we host bachelorette parties and showers. Or have a pre-party at Halo to get gorgeous before you head out to your event.
